The Lucky Hearts Gala will be held at the Embassy Suites in Loveland on Saturday, September 13, 2025, starting at 5:00 pm. Attire is “classy Colorado Western.”

If you would like to be seated with a specific party please coordinate a “Group Name” and have each individual reference the group name in the Group Name section of the purchase. We will do our best to keep parties together when possible!

We want your experience at the event to be seamless and in an attempt to make the check-in lines shorter we ask that you please follow the registration process below. Attendees who are completely registered will be able to check-in at the Express Check-in to start having fun faster.

Required Registration Steps for EACH Attendee:

1. Each attendee must be registered under their own name, email address, and cell phone number. Using duplicate information, or leaving sections blank will result in longer wait times during check-in at the event.

If you are buying bulk tickets-- You will be able to edit guest information until 9/18/25. You can send your guests a link and code to update their own information if you do not have everyone's complete info. The link and code for editing information will be sent to you on your receipt.
